Customer Service

Damaged Items:

Items damaged in transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging.
Contactcustomerservice@agpartsworldwide.com for assistance.

Missing Items:

Missing items must be reported within five (5) days of delivery to your facility.
Contact customerservice@agpartsworldwide.com for assistance.

Motherboards:

Core Exchange
Motherboards purchased in exchange for a broken motherboard returned to AGP:

Please use the label provided with your Exchange purchase. If you did not receive a label with your Exchange purchase, please email customerservice@agpartsworldwide.com.
Please do not use the Return Label Form to return a Core Exchange part.

Reworks
Motherboards previously repaired by AGP and still within the one-year warranty period:

Please use the Return Label Form and select the Motherboard Repair Rework option to receive a shipping label.

Limitations:

AGP reserves the right to deny credit if, after inspection, it is determined that the part was not an AGP product or lacks our internal labels.

Device Repair:

Reworks – Devices previously repaired by AGParts and still within the predefined warranty period.
Please use the Return Label Form and select the Whole Unit Repair Rework option to receive a shipping label.

Warranty Information

Defects

One-year warranty on all parts against defects
One-year warranty on motherboard repairs
One-year warranty on device repairs
One-year warranty on AGP Recertified devices against manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship

Excludes cracks, damage, or wear resulting from general use.

Returns

Wrong part (functional): 60 days
No longer needed: 120 days

Limitations:

AGParts reserves the right to deny credit upon receipt of returned items if:

The part is not an AGParts product.
The part was damaged in transit due to improper packaging by the customer.

Please follow all proper packaging guidelines as directed.
