RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION
AGParts strives to provide its customers with products of the highest quality. All parts come with a 120-Day Warranty. In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to return your items for replacement or credit, please obtain an RMA number by following the instructions below.

To return a core part, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for return instructions.
To apply for an RMA number, simply click the RMA request button above and fill out the RMA Request Form. Please be sure to fill out this information as accurately as possible to ensure the timeliest processing of your return.
Once the RMA request has been submitted, the request will be reviewed by one of our customer service representatives. Upon approval, an email containing the RMA number and return shipping instructions (including return address) will be sent to the email address provided in the request.
Note: If you have not received an RMA number within 2 business days, please call (724) 838-9588 Option 3.
Please write your RMA number on the outside of the package you are returning. Also, please include a print out of the e-mail that you will receive upon approval of the RMA inside of your shipment.
All parts carry a 120 Day Warranty.
All returns must have an RMA number issued prior to return. This will ensure proper tracking of the RMA.
If we cannot verify that the part being returned is ours, via our parts inspection process, we will be unable to provide a refund or account credit.
Refunds will be issued within 15 business days of receiving your parts return at our facility. If you have not received refund data and the 15 day time frame has passed, please contact email@example.com for an update on your return.
During inspection if you find that your shipment has been short shipped product, you have three (3) business days to report the error via the RMA request form, to receive a refund or replacement for the short shipped product.
Damaged items must be reported within 10 business days. Please retain all original packaging, as it will be necessary to file a claim. If the original packaging cannot be provided, the RMA request will be denied. Please select “Damaged by Shipper” as the reason for return on the RMA Request Form.
Shipping charges will not be applied to replacement part orders, if the reason for return is due to an AGParts error.
If you received the wrong part (our fault or yours), there is a thirty (30) day limit to request an RMA.
We ask that all RMAs are returned to our facility within 15 days.
If a replacement part is requested and we do not receive the RMA part within (15) days of issuance of the RMA number, you will be invoiced for the replacement and the account on file charged.
AGParts reserves the right to refuse the RMA part during the receiving/inspection process.
